They’re shutting down schools and people are talking about how it could be considered justifiable homicide if you kill somebody dressed up as a creepy clown.
Creepy Clowns- that’s what people are afraid of- stupid freaky creepy clowns.

This is what I’m seeing on line- its so bad I can’t read anymore on the subject:

I’m afraid of spontaneous human combustion and being run over by a garbage truck.
That covers it.
I wish I was scared off creepy clowns- but I’m not. If I’m going to meet my maker I guess it would be sort of chuckalicious to be chased to my death by a guy in big floppy shoes who is covered in a ton of makeup and is the only other creature in the entire Universe with less fashion sense then me.
I guess that what bothers me the most is that there was a meeting of the minds somewhere and it was decided that the next big urban myth born of social media was going to be:
Creepy Clowns.
Oh Humanity, I weep at your lack of imagination and creativity.
Creepy Clowns are in the News and Stephen King just told people to chill out- STEPHEN KING just told people to get a grip.

Interesting…though it does have roots in a horrible and tragic reality, the serial killer whose day job was as a birthday clown for kids’ parties…. But you’re right, hysteria is never a good news story–we have become a culture consumed and inflamed by so much fear, much of it irrational and unnecessary.

OH LORD the clown thing has hit here in Louisiana too. It’s ridiculous – People seriously believe there are killer clowns on the loose with machetes trying to stab people.
Its not even a good story. That’s the unforgivable thing of it all!
