MY ENDURING BONES

Stories , Poems, and More By A.M. Moscoso

A graceful Lady

a beautiful lady

wrapped in marble, shrouded in sunlight, stranded in a sea of concrete

on a corner in Pike Place Market

looks to the sky with a smile and then springs to life,

dances to music flies with the sunlight

that only the living can see.

  1. I just now realized that is a real person… and I’m sober… damn I need to start doing drugs again. Lol… joking!

  2. animar64 says:

I thought she was a statue and I walked right by her, then my family walked by and she came to life.
It was so cool, glad I had my camera out!

I love street performers. She’s wonderful. And I enjoyed your poem.
