An experimental interpretation

I love the macabre, the odd and all things that go bump in the night.

The thing of it is, I’m not intrigued by over the top horror or gore and I certainly do not romanticize death ( I worked in a funeral home, so that knocked the rough edges off of me there) . The things that I find weird are those little bits of reality that I think are only pretending to be normal.

So these pictures are brainfood for me-  I won’t see  just a window, or just a display in a museum or the ghost of a mural on an alley wall.

I’ll see a little extra- that shadow that breaks away from the wall, that thing that touches the back of your neck when you think you’re all alone at home and none of the lights are on, that door that closes on its own.

All of those little things come from somewhere- don’t they?

Maybe they come from here…
