My Halloween Pumpkin is out there
growing and ripening bursting with life
it’s glowing golden orange, like the Sun
under a beautiful blue summer sky.
I can’t wait to meet it
but I’m thinking it might not feel the same way about me
and my carving knives
all three of them.

What is a countdown to Halloween without mentioning a haunted site or two?
Here’s one from my homestate.
I didn’t shoot the video, but over the years I’ve been up there ( because it was the thing to do ) and though I didn’t see any ghosts, the grounds have haunted me to this day.
