Winter Windows

I have Siriusxm Radio in my Jeep and today the station I always have on ( Swing / Big Band music ) switched over to Holiday music this morning. It wasn’t a surprise. They do this every year. What did surprise me was that I was pretty happy when I heard my first Christmas song of the winter. I guess I was looking for a little boost and there it was.

Now I’m ready to find some Winter Ambience videos to post to my blog and today I think I’ve found a couple of gems. I hope you enjoy them!

Little Windows

This is what I see on my way to work every morning and this is what I see when I leave.

The view from the train doesn’t get much better as the miles go on.

This is what I take with me when it’s time to write.

Gross. It’s just gross

So I like to use these videos to cleanse my palette before I write. Believe it or not it helps. If I take enough of it in, I pull up the sounds and images on my own and when I start to write I’m a million miles away from the grossest stretch of railroad tracks in Washington state.

It works a lot of them time.

So these little windows are for writers, I thought they were great. I hope you enjoy them too.

Little Windows

Last year I was going to travel around the state and visit a list of towns I’ve put together where  there are supposed to be haunted houses and old cemeteries.

I haven’t done that.

Maybe glimpses through these windows will inspire me to get a move on.

Creepy Little Windows

Are you looking for some inspiration? A distraction? Look through these little windows- but take care, they are as promised a little creepy.
