Between Mardi Gras and Halloween you might see thingamajigs  like this in New Orleans like I did.

I saw this thingamajig at the Ripley’s  Believe it Or Not Museum in Wisconsin

It’s a torture device.

I don’t know what it does but safe to say it’s painful and gross.
