Let’s Go To The Movies!

Two movies that I am really excited to see- I’ve been watching horror/suspense movies that were suggested by some reviews I saw on FB and I was less then excited or charmed.

I’m ready for some good stories:

A paranormal monster in the 1907 French silent horror film HOUSE OF GHOSTS (La maison ensorcelée) by Segundo de Chomón. Clips from the film were used in the 2014 movie THE BABADOOK.

The company I work for is in the process of changing our location and considering the Company has been in the same building for 100 years ( yes really ) I have been pretty busy packing and moving my department ( oh the perks of being a manager )

The thing of it is, I work in the part of the building that is old, it’s walls are brick, it’s below street level so it’s like working in a catacomb.

Plus it’s haunted by a guy in a blue work shirt that has shown up in moments of high drama ( like the Nisqually Earthquake.

I’m feeling challenged because I know this space has inspired my writing.

And I am wondering if this move will change the flavor in my stories.

God, I hope it doesn’t.
