Sometimes

when I am trying to take a picture

I have these ideas in my head- I know what I was thinking when I took it, I know what the story is that I want to tell and I have this idea about what the light is trying to show me.

But then I go back and look at some of my pictures,what is there is far more interesting and to a large degree even creepier then I thought I was capturing.

I have got to learn to not step all over a story when it just rolls my way.
