“Towards Immortality and Eternal Youth”
is the name of sculpture on the tomb of famed writer Jules Verne in Cimetière de la Madeleine.
Most impressive of all the face of the statue is made using the actual death mask of the writer.
It bears repeating:

You may know this, but Cave Hill Cemetery (Louisville, KY) is noted for similar sculptures. I vaguely recall a very remarkable one for a female child with swans soaring over the stone.
