It’s a fact.
When you don’t hate yourself, being alone is not such a bad thing.
For example, I’m alone most of the time and the beauty in those moments are simple and wonderful:
I don’t have to share my dog. My dog is awesome and he loves everybody. But at the end of the day, I like it when it’s just me and him kicking back for the evening.
I can eat the last slice of pizza without the shame of thinking I took food out of somebody else’s mouth.
I can watch whatever I want and if I want to listen to Christmas music in August during a heatwave and not explain why I’m listening to
” In The Bleak Midwinter ” or “Silver Bells “.
Most of all, when I am alone and not lonely I can hear myself think and I can wear clothes that are too big and don’t match.
