The Best Trip EVER

Ancient treasure map showing cursed isle with Skull Rock, Blackwood Forest, The Cursed Hoard marked by an X, and various warnings

Sometimes in April, for sure by late May I begin my trip to Halloween.

I write stories, I take pictures at cemeteries, I even try to bake some Halloween treats and I buy my dog his costume.

I begin to day dream about autumn and winter and I start reading ghost stories from the Victorian Era because the writers then new their stuff!

When I start my journey to Halloween, I’m never sure where I will end up- will my blog be chocked full of cool stories and pictures? Will I find new music to love  years a round, read  a new book that sends chills down my spine,  maybe even  take in a great movie along the way?

The thing of it is, I’m never sure.

Sometimes I get a trick and sometimes I get a treat, but it’s always  great trip Halloween  no matter what happens along the way.

  1. Damn!!!! That diner is still “open”? worst tasting cup of coffee in 15 states and jurisdictions. And the crazy cook all dressed up like a corpse, and smelling like one too. Bet, that crazy lady wailing around back is still there too.
Damn! Anita that place is t-r-o-u-b-l-e!
