When I want time for myself
when I don’t want to spare the time to chit chat
I will find a way to work into the conversation
my fascination with voodoo and cannibals and arts and crafts.
Within seconds I have all the time in the world to create whatever tickles my fancy-
which include things like voodoo and cannibals and sometimes
arts and crafts and
a little dark magic.

I really enjoyed the poem, the rhyme of conversation and fascination, and the rhythm in voodoo and cannibals and arts and crafts.
I’m very confused by the AI “art”, however. Are the women intelligent robots that like to craft? Or are the women crocheting and quilting patterns created from chatbot prompts? Is each image/photo a mishmash of everything on the internet that comes up to words like grandma, crocheting, quilting, demonic, and showing off finished pieces? Have these women purchased these physical objects that The Pumpkin Empress somehow used advanced learning programmed machines to make? Anyway, the finished crafts are definitely surprising.
I’m not sure how she made these- recently an AI ad popped up on my newfeed on FB and it looked exactly like my Stepson. The smile was off ( he has a weird shaped front tooth and a scar on his lip from a fall that wasn’t on the AI picture ) and his haircut was different. It looked the way it did a few years ago. But it was his face. Spooky, right?
