A Reminder From The Twilight Zone

Today I am reflecting on these lines from the Twilight Zone episode titled, ‘ He’s Alive ‘ that was written by Rod Serling.

Where will he go next, this phantom from another time, this resurrected ghost of a previous nightmare – Chicago? Los Angeles? Miami, Florida? Vincennes, Indiana? Syracuse, New York?
Anyplace, everyplace, where there’s hate, where there’s prejudice, where there’s bigotry.
He’s alive.
He’s alive so long as these evils exist.
Remember that when he comes to your town.
Remember it when you hear his voice speaking out through others. Remember it when you hear a name called, a minority attacked, any blind, unreasoning assault on a people or any human being.
He’s alive because through these things we keep him alive.

Seriously-One Day

Serious Election Day Thought:

Seriously…lol, I love this.

I am a serious voter:

I used to like to vote in person because I wanted that sticker- a few years ago they were handing them out at a drop off box in my neighborhood  and people were pretty excited about that.

So the message out there is to vote and participate no matter what Party you belong to.

Sure.

We ALL hope that happens.

Questions:

Which meal is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

My favorite meal is dinner. Dinner is my favorite because if you do it right you can take your time preparing it and you can take your time eating it. It’s a chance to relax and enjoy yourself.

Who do you admire most in the world?

My dog.

With the obvious restrictions in place, what do you regret not doing in the last year?

I regret not getting to travel – actually what I miss is not having the option to travel or to not travel.

I suppose that isn’t going to change anytime soon.

Feel free to share something you’re grateful for.

None of my friends or family is dead from Covid-19.
