I wish it was Friday

I wish the week were over

but it’s only Thursday

there’s still a lot of daylight left.

I wish it was time to  to sleep

I wish it time to dream

but I just opened my eyes

I wish the world was ending

I wish it was time to move on

but the world wants to keep turning
