When I am out and about in the world or walking my dog or tossing back a snack and something inspires me, I’ll snap a picture of it or pull out my pen and my ever present scrap of paper and jot down a few lines or a word or two and write about it as soon as I can- and by that I mean right away.
That’s not to say there isn’t a world of material on line just waiting for one to go Belzoni and dig until you hit that great find that will inspire a poem or story or an article.

I’ve also made better use of my ‘category’ option here on my blog. It’s made it easier access my own material as well as posting links on my Facebook page. For example, I can direct readers to my Holiday Posts or Poems.
In the end though, it always comes back to the pen and paper for me, but playing on the internet is an adventure of sorts and I do love a good adventure now and then, don’t you?
