I saw this thingamajig at the Ripley’s Believe it Or Not Museum in Wisconsin
It’s a torture device.
I don’t know what it does but safe to say it’s painful and gross.

Those are great! I would hate to know what that device does to torture someone. It is creepy when you see what some people have invented to hurt others, and intentionally!
I should look for the picture of the placard, on the other hand I like to look at it and guess what it did.
But it is strange to think one guy said to another guy, “Hey, I had this great idea. Check it out”
