My train goes by the garbage dump and boy is it nasty. 

For some reason the image of those heaps of of rotten food in questionable looking bags and heaps of trash that roll  and undulate like an out of practice belly dancer because of the rats crawling around in there made me think of the beautiful ruins of Pompeii and the interesting things that we learn about what has been discovered there and I thought to myself- I sure hope a killer asteroid finds us before Future Archeologists do because our world is pretty gross.
