T’Aint No Sin

Today’s WP prompt asks, “If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be?”

Well that’s easy, and you wouldn’t have to force me.

I would gladly take off my skin and dance around in my bones.

When you hear sweet syncopation, and the music softly moans
‘t ain’t no sin to take off your skin, and dance around in your bones

When it gets too hot for comfort, and you can’t get an ice cream cone
‘t ain’t no sin to take off your skin, and dance around in your bones

Just like those bamboo babies, down in the South Sea tropic zone
‘t ain’t no sin to take off your skin, and dance around in your bones

Bugs and Stuff

WP Daily Prompt asked a silly question: If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be?

We DO wear the same outfit every single day, only when we do it we call it “style ”

The print maybe different, there are variations on the cut, sometimes our outfits are  longer or shorter. Sometimes we think we are changing things up for the season. But at the end of the day, we wear the same thing.

For the most part when you know someone, do you really notice what they wear? Are you surprised by their choices?

I will have to say though that there is one person that I see from day to day at the train station and even though he wears the same thing – literally the same outfit every day it does make me think when I see him-

Dude:

This guy rides a Fat Boy ( Harley Davidson ). He has a beard.  He’s nice.

He also wears the same skort everyday.

I rode motorcycles. I would never wear anything where my skin is going to meet the pavement. I mean, sometimes your clothes do get peeled away  and so does your skin if you crash,  but the pavement has to work for it.

On th other hand. If you’re riding a motorcycle and the breeze is blowing up your stork on a hot day. It must feel nice.

Flip side- bugs are know to travel the breeze too.

If I were forced to wear  the same outfit over and over and over again, what would this outfit look like? What would it be?

Would I be wearing my  favorite boots ( as pictured above ) ,  my perfect pair of jeans with the rip in the back right pocket topped with my favorite t-shirt  of the cat surfing on a slice of pizza ( God I love that shirt  )?

Now ” forced” implies I wouldn’t want to wear these clothes and that is not true. Sometimes I wear these all weekend by choice. So I will answer today’s WordPress  prompt this way:

If had to be  forced to wear anything , it would be a smile because what girl or woman has not heard-

” You should smile more, you look so much prettier when you smile.”

Straight on- If you wanted to  force me to wear the same thing day after day-a smile would be it.
