Technically speaking, New Zealand’s ‘ Swim Reaper ‘ is not a Summerween character. He’s a PSA for water sport safety. On the other hand- if there’s an opening in the Halloween Universe for a Summerween Ambassador, we MUST consider him. He is PERFECT.
