I want to carve a pumpkin

I want to bring it to life

so I will  give it a face, a smile and eyes

and a mouth so it can speak.

When you come to my door to ask for a treat

my pumpkin will

scream in terror

‘RUN! SHE’S CRAZY AND SHE HAS A KNIFE…RUN FOR YOU LIFE!!!”
