WP Daily Prompt asks: What are your favorite emojis?
My answer is short and sweet and simple-NONE of them are my favorites.
I believe that if you want to convey a feeling or a story in an image, make them meaningful. Make them pleasing to the eye and have them tell a story.
These images from the Egyptian Book of The Dead do that.
So the next time you are tempted to use an emoji, use something like these images. No cheating. Don’t turn them into Memes. I like meme but these images already tell a story.
So why use these images in part or in all of their glory you ask?
Because the internet is a wasteland and emojis are the dull Patron Saints of all who dwell there.
Where are you getting your daily prompts from. They’re always different from mine. My daily prompt today was, “Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?”
You can select the prompt from your WordPress dashboard. I think she chose the prompt intended for April 29th. But anyone can select any topic they like.
Ah, okay. That must be on wordpress.com. I blog from my iPhone using the Jetpack app for iOS and that feature is not available. The prompt is what the prompt is. I can’t go forward to another day. Thanks for taking the time to answer.
Although I’m sorry to hear that the feature isn’t available on the Jetpack app, I’m glad that I could help with your question.
Agreed. Although, I doubt Horace would want to be the one to show “constipated” lol
True- I doubt very much if Horace would appreciate that lol
